 Last night, I went to my first high intensity interval training workout with Britney Burnhan, and it was amazing. Now a little background on my athletic abilities. I am an athlete. I played division one basketball and still play in some local leagues. However, I am not in shape by any stretch of the imagination. Brit ran a 30 days for $30 special and I jumped on it! Luckily, my sister and teammates decided to check it out too. Wow! It was intense, but Brit makes sure everyone feels welcomed and successful. I didn't feel out of place at all. My class last night consisted of a 3 exercise curcuit and that we ran through 3 times, so nine different exercises in total. The music was blaring. Brit was encouraging everyone and the sweat was pouring. I went  again this morning at 5:30 am. Similiar concept but different exercises.
